Phewwww……It’s been another hard week for me as I had to do a "possible" task for this customer.
It was possible but difficult.
It wasn’t impossible because it was doable, only it took some courage and put things at the right manner, and don’t forget: TEAMWORK!
This was the price we paid for delaying an important issue: such a waste of money, and a lot of energy………..And it was my energy that we used!!!!!
I sacrificed myself, once again.
It was to fulfill Dr.J’s request. We have rejected his requests for several times, and this time we couldn’t. We cracked our heads. It involved four parties, not only us and Dr.J, but also two other.
To shorten the story, I was supposed to accompany Susan to Semarang for giving GreenLight presentation at two hospitals on Feb 13 & 14. Instead, I had to change my schedule. I was with Susan for the first presentation on Feb 13 and continue my trip to Pwkt on a minibus to accompany dr.T for meningioma surgery using Selector then picked up an equipment needed.
Arrived at my hotel in Pwkt at 10.30 PM on Feb 13. The surgery was on Feb 14. Finished everything at 4 PM, went on the train on 08.30 PM.
Arrived in Jakarta on Feb 15 at 02.30 AM, Pak Jakri drove me to GP hospital. I handed over the equipment to the nurses there. Arrived home at 03.30 AM.
I took a shower and did my Shubuh pray, then I slept through the day. I woke up at 11.57 AM. Got ready for work. Hansen, Chendra, and Fachri were accompanying Dr.J today, and I just monitored them from office, hoping everything’s gonna be alright.
Well, things weren’t as what I expected. Next action must be taken.
What on my mind was to return the equipment back as I promised. I worked until 09.30 PM on Thursday.
I went to Pwkt on Friday, train left station at 06.50 AM, arrived at Pwkt at 01.30 PM. Called dr. T, completed the arrangements. I was relieved!
I didn’t know where to go, so I just hung out at the station, reading and checking e-mails through my laptop.
Oh God, I was so tired and wanted to close my eyes.
Again, Pak Jakri picked me up. The train was late again, I arrived in Jakarta at 02.30 AM. I was very very sleepy, I changed my clothes, did my Shubuh pray, then slept.
I had to pick up Om Mala, my father’s colleague, from airport on Saturday afternoon, so I needed the sleep. Sofi was here to accompany me.
Had my massage first.
On the way from airport, I felt sleepy while I’m driving, but I managed. Om Mala is here to proceed with our project. The meeting went good.
And today, I had enough sleep, I guess…………I woke up late in the morning, then in the afternoon I slept again for a couple of hours.
Then drop Om Mala and his daughter to a bus terminal, went to supermarket, and ate at A&W, rented some VCDs at Odiva, and wrote this blog.
I won’t let this kind of mission "possible" happened again. It’s tiring, physically and mentally. It’s not that I give up easily, or break under pressure. The problem is it has been happening repeatedly just because Big B couldn’t take care a simple matter!
